Hey guys, great to see some newer posts up :) My reading time at work has suffered a little due to the drought of blogs :P Hehe!
Anyway, quick question - the ESF dinner looks like people just digging in and eating... no seperate bowls or anything! Is this traditional or is it make shift?
LOL! This is the traditional Chinese New Year 'Loh Hei' where there's this special chinese salad with fish (symbolising success or something) and everyone digs into the salad and lifts it up as high as possible (the 'loh' bit) to bring in more success for the year ahead (or something!). Anyway, we did it just cos it was fun. After messing up the whole thing with all this 'Loh-ing', we then dish it out onto seperate bowls/plates! Hmmm... you've never done this before?

Yeah, haven't seen or heard of that before! Interesting... ah well, at least you're not cross contiminating everyone with an all in dig fest.
Glad to see that Faith is going well to. Constantly in our prayers :)
